Desktop Background not working after BSOD

Hello everyone, i am a newbie in this forum so if there's a mistake that i did please correct it.

By the way, regarding with my problem. I've got this problem after I encountered a BSOD in which I solved thru installing a malwarebytes. But after i restart my computer, I noticed that the default background is almost dark( no images can be seen) and when I tried to set a desktop background using my pictures saved in computer it doesnt works.

Does the taskbar look like Windows Classic?
If it does, chances are you're in safe mode or you're graphics processor is screwed up somewhere.

No I am running my computer normally.
