Thanks for the help bro!
I did a scan with the software already and no viruses.
And I opened a new user and I checked and there it does not work.
May be its a registry problem? i'm using a registry cleaner softwares... and file cleaner...
like:
Tune up utilties 2012
PC Tools Registry
Perfect Registry
Norton Utilities
Auslogics BoostSpeed
to save my computer speed and clean... so this can be the problem?
Please help me!

Please, please, please STOP using using these so-called tune-up utilities.

Using one is bad enough, but you're using five of them!

This is Windows 7, not Windows XP, and it just doesn't need "tuning up".

I would suggest a system restore to a point in time before you messed your system up.

Failing that, go for a clean install and do not re-install any of these so-called registry cleaners.

The only one we would recommend is CCleaner, and even then, with great care.

You could try a repair install, as explained in this tutorial: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html

If this doesn't work, a clean install it is then and a salutary reminder of the damage so-called registry cleaners can do to your computer.

I'm pleased you heeded my advice on that score. :)

I think that's exactly what Sea means - if you don't know what to delete and you don't look at each, then use with great care. Best practices: don't clean the registry unless you know what you're cleaning.

Now about the details tab. I read a post on MSDN referencing comctl32 that might be related. System File Checker should fix it if that is the cause

Start Menu ==> All Programs ==> Accessories ==>
Right click Command Prompt

In the Command Prompt window type:
SFC /scannow

then restart your machine, see if the tab is back, if it is great! if not... one step at a time.

You've got a clean system so I think you should learn from your previous mistakes and leave the registry cleaners alone - for the sake of your sanity if nothing else. :)

Use CCleaner by all means to improve computer performance, but leave the registry option alone. 40 orphan registry keys out of the million or so you have is not going to make one iota of difference to your computer's performance.

Forget "cleaning" your registry and just enjoy your computer.

Unfortunately I can't understand the Hebrew language so I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for in these images.

I take it you mean the missing minimize and maximize buttons?

If so, I wouldn't have a clue as to what is going on there.

Can you explain what the problem is in more detail?
