Device installed but no wireless network detected

I have installed AWUS036H device and it was installed just fine. But it doesn't detect any network.
As you may see on image below I have my internal adapter and it has that red cross but AWUS036H doesn't have it and it is not working.

I'm usng Win7 64bit, Zone alarm and AVAST. Tried to disable it both it doesn't work. Downloaded latest driver from their website. It was happening to me before and I have to reinstall my windows, but I wouldn't like to do it again

When I do ipconfig/all it doesn't detect it at all

It is USB wireless adapter

Make a dial up connection .. by going into network and sharing.. and chose that Modem when making the connection...also know the number you need to dial to connect to the internet or ur company etc
