Solved Diagnostic Tools to be used?

Hello would like to have a diagnostic tool/know a diagnostic tool that can be downloaded so that i can know what programs or things/processes/errors im encountering that my notebook is slowing down and to discover if i have vulnerability in firewall as recently there was a popup in my google chrome saying "GOOD BYE FREA* " *NOTE* I never hacked anyone though -.- because its like i'm hacked or something moving on..... after that popup my system shutdown and when it restarted its sooooo slow..... i run antivirus scans spyware scans and malware scans found nothing so im interested for tools that can diagnose my notebook why its running slow and venerability scan
