direct 3d error

hi i have a hp pavillion dv6000 running windows seven ultimat 64 bit when trying to launch a program called swift elite an error comes up could not create the d3d device,be sure that your systems supports direct 3d with stencils. is it at all possible to use this program with my laptop.thanks in advance for all help.

This laptop, from the specs I can see, is older.
It has a Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950, which is a VERY limited graphics chipset, and it may not have the capabilities the software wants.

First, and probably only thing you can try, is to update the Graphics drivers.
