As StalkeR mentioned, visit that thread, there are more detailed free tools for measuring SSD performance. To answer your original question:

Start> In search box type cmd> Right click on cmd.exe in results above and choose Run as Administrator> When command prompt opens, type

winsat disk

and press enter

Type

winsat -?

to see all winsat options
