DISM error 87 "DISM /online ""command not recognized""

Hey,

So im trying to clean up my PC, FRESH install w/current updates

followed @BRINK guide to

DISM

and keep getting this error

tried in normal mode and SAFE

**Update tried running SFC /SCANNOW again will post sfcdetails

Hi 403,
Brinks tutorial was on our sister W8 forum,
Doesn't work on 7,
Closest equivalent is the SURT tool, AKA kb947821
The errors in sfc (cbs) report relate to a langugae pack, on your version of W7 you should only have 1, from your original set-up
