question about dism

i just ran the cmd command dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth, and it found about 28 problems, which mostly seems to be missing default pictures that comes preinstalled with windows? is it possible to download them somewhere?

Try to run System File Check
Open a CMD window as administrator and type:

sfc /scannow

Run at least 3 times, rebooting after each scan.
