Nothing special to say more about my Rig I have only overclock my ENGTX560 and that about all
It turned out to be a bad video card.

I got the same errors when I pulled the card and used it in a different computer.

Finally my headaches are gone lol.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. You've helped me a lot :)

It could be a faulty card, you never know. If you still are having problems, try another card if you can (with removing previous software and updating the "new" card, once more).
I'll have to remember to give more details and better instruction in the future. I sould have told you to try it in another computer, or to try your current computer with the on-board graphics only to see if you get errors. Not used to having it be a hardware error. But, very happy you were able to figure it out. Hope your new card treats you well! Come back if you have any other problems, and we would gladly try our luck with it. Cheers!

No need to beat yourself up over it. I understand your specialty is in debugging and mostly software related. I thought about it at first to swap cards, but I never swapped the new card into another rig.

Thanks again for everyone that helped me. I'll definitely be back if I experience any other issues.
