during normal use the display switched to very large and would not fit the screen. i tried display settings. on the magnifier it says the setting is 100% but it is obviously not. need help to get back to normal......thanks
ok, i am new to this. are we talking about a camera image? it seems that anything off the net is oversize. data unique to this computer such as the favorites list is normal.

I resolved a similar issue recently for another member recently, who set the DPI Display Size to 500% resulting in a similar issues as yours. The solution was to start the computer in Safe mode as the display will be readable then change DPI Display Size or Screen Resolution to a lower value as necessary such as standard 1024 x768 resolution at 100% DPI then restart your Computer normally and then make futher adjustments as necessary.
Edit: Brink also posted same resolution before I was finised post but safe mode works if you cannot sdjust in normal mode.
