What type of stuff will I lose if I do this.. cuz this is a relatively new computer and I could care less of the word documents I saved onto here.

Well you would lose everything and start fresh. Well not everything, the old installation will be moved to Windows.old in case you need to savage something. Can then later delete it.

I just restarted my computer and the flash on youtube is working as of this point but that is how it always is then some 30 mins it stops and makes my browers not respond. Also when I open tabs they actually work, unlike before when they would just freeze...but it is only a matter of time until this all happens again

How did you obtain Office? Did you install it on your computer or buy the pre-installed trial version?

If you still have the key, you can locate an installer to use to reinstall it with that key.

If you don't have the key, you can audit it from your system now using View attachment 44692

I pretty sure I can go about and get it back so how should I start this reinstallation?

Back up your files and gather your program installers and disks.

Boot the Win7 DVD, plug ethernet and choose "Connect to internet during install" to get latest drivers/updates into installer.

Now choose Custom install, and Drive Options to delete all partitions, create new as you wish, then format before installing Win7 to first partition.

After install, connect to internet and check Windows Updates for any newer drivers. Then look in Device manager for any missing drivers. Find them on the Support Downloads page for your computer model, or by Googling exact hardware name.

When your installation is finished and running as you wish, use Win7 Backup imaging to save an image externally so you never have to reinstall again, just use Win7 DVD repair console to reimage the HDD (or a replacement) in 15 minutes.

Allright I reinstalled Windows 7. Clean Upgrade. I got most of my drivers and stuff. I get an error when I turn on my computer that says NVstartup missing entry. I think its for my graphic card drivers. No clue though. Also I have a widescreen monitor, but the webpages are all scrunched up and not streched to fit the entire monitor this bothers me. Maybe you know a way to fix this?

Go to Start > Run > Msconfig > Startup tab, and just uncheck the line NvCplDaemon = RUNDLL32.EXE:\windows\SYSTEM\NvCpl.dll,NvStartup

I personally uncheck all of the items in the msconfig startup tab except my AV and MS entries like stikynotes and sidebar (gadgets). Other programs are RAM/CPU freeloaders which don't need to be started until you run or click on them.

NVidia even lists its unneeded startup apps (like the one which caused your error) under MS entries, so scour them for any NV in the name so you can uncheck them also.

I unchecked it and rebpooted I got the same error and then I went to the same page and it said it was still unchecked. I think I might have two drivers for my graphic card. Also like I said the screen it fine but web browsers are crunched. Do you think I should uninstall the graphic drivers then search for the m again?

If the problem is only with browser, then I doubt it is display driver but you can reinstall it anyway to be sure.

Can you post back a full-screen Snip of the browser display problem? Use Snipping Tool in Start Menu, attaching file using paper clip in reply box.

Did you check the Zoom and Text Size on Page tab on Command Bar?

Try setting IE8 back to defaults at Tools>Internet Options>Advanced

It's fine. I just customized the zoom level. The only thing it still does is the error at startup(even though I unchecked the box).

Try the latest driver from Nvidia website.

What link above? What if i just try to update driveR?

By all means, install any possible driver given for your Display adapter - new, old, beta - to solve the problem.
