Downloading updates do not download ?

Weird issue with Win 7 updates not downloading...have about 18 updates ready to download...but get the downloading updates window...with the moving bar...but nothing happens per jpg attached.

How do I get these downloads to actually download...this is a 1st for this behavior...never had this issue before...O% complete never changes ?

It's kind of the luck of the draw. If you hit a Microsoft server at the right time it will download faster. If you hit the Microsoft server at a busy time it could take many hours.

While it's Downloading (Not Installing) updates you can reboot and try again. You might have better luck.

Thanks LB...left the pc on all night and yes...99% did download and install...finished last 2 this morning

Never hit this before tho...including no change in status readouts....guess I've been lucky...

This update problem we are all having started when W-10 came out. The only cure at this time is just wait and wait and wait. Some have waited from 24 to 48 hours.
The last install I did took about 8 hours waiting for updates to download.
