DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE BSOD Every Night

The fact that its at the same time means
Scheduled task
Something electrical switches on at your home. If you do not have a battery back up this can cause power fluctuations that can cause the problem
Someone from the outside is the cause. It does not happen with internet turned off.

If we do not find a task, we have to see what is being sent via internet at the same time each night.

I tried googling on how to use Task Scheduler... nothing really

Attached is a picture of my window. How can I see tasks scheduled at a certain time?

Might as well learn now, nothing in life is easy
At that time, you hit show running tasks.
Once you get the list, should not be many.
Disable one every night to see if it is the cause

Okay currently I have two tasks under 'Display All Running Tasks' to the right. They're both disabled.

They are:

MsCtfMonitor
SystemSoundsService

I take it gets more updated when the day goes on?

Update here.

I was playing games till 4:00AM without and blue screen. After 4:00AM, I went into msconfig and disabled non-microsoft services and startup materials. Waking up at 10:00AM, I have no bsod.

I believe this crash only happens when my computer is idle for a long period of time, as I have never crashed while using it and this is twice that I have stayed up late playing without any bsod.

Also, a week back, my computer did crash while I was at school (which is very rare, but proves that it's specifically while the computer is inactive)

So how does this connect with the network driver? If it does at all?

Based upon all the objective reports the Network driver or NiC card is responsobile for the BSODs. Based upon the additional information given, by you, the problem happens at night. I have no choice but to think that consistently, an event at night caused the BSODs. We now have an additional fact, inactivity.
If you are in power saving mode, disable and it may help. Try with full power.
Disable Power Management on Windows 7 or Vista - How-To Geek
I have had BSODs from network card, during rest, caused by power savings mode.

Okay sweet :) yeah my power saving mode was set on balanced, so I set it to High Performance and set the values to 'Never'. I'll report back in the morning again :)

Actually, we both solved it. I could not do it without your description of the symptoms and cirumstances. Anyway, Im glad that it works as it should.
