when im playing games like need for speed hot pursuit 2010 in the task manager cpu 0 is at full load and cpu 1 is at idle, how to resolve this issue

i think its multi core rendering because in left 4 dead it has he same issue but after i turned of multi core rendering it has a balance load at cpu 0,1, but nfs has no multi core rendering settings

BTW i have no graphic card im using hd graphics

Why do you think you have a problem? If the game is not multicore aware it is not going to use multiple processor cores.
