Dual Monitor graphical issue

I'm using a laptop, and I must use an external monitor for it, since the onboard screen is displaying pure white, but when i try to identify monitors, the display says (1/2) on the same screen, this isn't normally a problem, however i like to play MMO's and whenever i enter a fight of any kind in game, the game it's self locks up.

Have you tried to turn off laptop screen and use only External monitor?
Please do that and see if problem persists.

Right click Desktop - Screen resolution. Click Connect to a projector, then select Projector only.

Or press WIN +P and select Projector only.
