Can any-one tell me why the above letters keep appearing in emails I'm about to send out??

We need more info, such as are your sent emails saved to the Sent folder?.
Do you request emails to show recipients have read them?.
Are you using any encrypting program for sent emails?.
And anything else that might help diagnose this.

Thanks, I've had another look at this and the only time it appears is when I use the "compose" button prior to entering a new address which is not in the saved list.
It is easily deleted. I don't request for reading confirmation.
I don't use encrypting programs for sent emails.
I use Kaspersky Internet Security.

Thanks for the update. I can't explain why it appears, other than it is notifying you that there is no Contact listed with that email address.

I always add a new Contact into my address book before I compose & send an email.
