Kept getting these messages after installing an Epson WF-3640 printer.
I tried re-installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 and 2010 re-distributable packages - no joy.
I eventually found that MSVCR80.dll resided in C:\Windows\SysWOW64
and that E_YARNDKE.exe resided in C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3 along with many dll files.
As a GUESS I copied the file C:\Windows\SysWOW64\MSVCR80.dll into C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3 and the errors went away.
I did contact Epson support, but so far they are just saying it's a "Please search the internet. This is a Microsoft issue." Some support.
I believe this is in all probability an Epson issue, but at least I SEEM to have a work around - though it is ugly.
Hope this helps someone else out there.
