As you know when Intel give processors specs theres is a spec which named as embedded!
As a word i know what the meaning of embedded but for processors i don't :(
Can any one explain what is the meaning of that?
For example I5 520M is embedded but the other mobile i5 processors not. So what is the difference of 520m from other i5 mobile processors?

the embedded processor is basically called MICRO CONTROLLERS...non embedded one is just processor
the physical difference is embedded processor contain cache , data memory , and address memory ... on a single chipset
where as non-embedded one is much powerfully that embedded one.... it just like a processor in ur home computer.... it contains only cache and registers no memory .. u need to implement it externally

Embedded in Intel's context means that such processors will be available for embedded livecycles of up to 7 years unlike desktop and notebook CPUs with very limited lifecycles. It has nothing to do with the form of delivery.

Embedded processors are typically designed for a range of devices from notebooks to TVs to assorted mobile internet devices to ATMs to ticket kiosks and self check-out machines.Vendors in the embedded space do not typically update their product designs for years, these manufacturers want long-term commitments from Intel that support whatever chip they decide to use with their devices.

No.

Bill2 is correct in this case. By using the word Embedded, Intel is guaranteeing that the CPU will be available in it's current form with little or no changes for a specific length of time.

It does not mean that it is special in any way, the way that "Embedded" applies to the Micro-Controller market. That is totally different.
