Enabled EIST dosent show in the my Computer properties Win 7 ?

hi folks
i have enabled my EIST (Enhanced Intel Speedup Technology) via BIOS but on windows 7 properties it wont show it always show the actuall reading of the processor which 3.0ghz and if i chk my cpu-z reading it shows that its working fine according to EIST so how can i fix this problem, so i can see the reading in properties of my computer as well ? wait for your replies thx to all.

Thats normal. That screen will show the CPUs default clock speeds.

If you use something like CPUZ, you will see its working.
As you can see mine reports my 2700K as a 3.5Ghz CPU. Which is its default clock speed.

But under CPUZ you can see here, EIST is working and its running at 1.6Ghz at idle, with lower multiplier.

And the next screen shows its actually currently running at 4.4 Ghz, not the default 3.5

If your CPUz is reporting everything correctly, it is working. No need to worry. Windows hardware screen just reports the CPUs stock max clocks speeds. It will not show real time EIST clocks, or OC clock speeds.
