I'd call Microsoft up first on that, otherwise the standard re-activate procedure.

You have 4 more reactivations I just noticed in that log you posted, per:

Remaining Windows rearm count: 4

I'd let a M$ rep walk you through it in case anything else weird happens, they have hopefully heard it all or at least have a good
knowledge base ON THEIR OS! 8)

I thought I remembered using a small download to reactivate, but just went looking for that, and sites were advising call Microsoft, so maybe even that is obsolete, any way.

Cheers. I will try that. I actually tried to re-activate (I think) by re-typing the product key which did not resolve it.

I have found solution with a help of a member on another forum. The problem was with a file in WIndows :

Tampered File: %systemroot%\system32\wat\npwatweb.dll

After uninstalling and manual install of the same all problems seem to have been fixed. Cheers

Cool, thanks for the follow up, I will note that one too, oh and better, back mine up!

Mine was dated 7/4/12 with size of 138,664

I hope that it isn't encoded with specific serial, in that case if it came from another source, may die yet again.
