I got this computer 4 years ago from HP, and around January this year, I started getting this error. It was after some updates, I believe. Since, I've tried calling Microsoft twice, and HP once to no avail. I know my windows is genuine, because I purchased it from an OEM. So I'm wondering if you guys can help me out!

So I looked at that link, and it said to call Microsoft to fix it. They wouldn't run any revert tool, and they even controlled my computer and looked at the thread. They just told me "Windows 7 home premium doesn't support these languages, but Windows 7 Ultimate does. Either you can find a way to snag one those keys, or upgrade to 8.1." I don't have the money to upgrade really, is there any sort of other fix? I really want to be able to access Windows 10 when it comes out. I'm posting another MGAdiag, maybe it changed after they troubleshooted a little.

This report is directly after a reboot, and before an error pop-up has appeared, so I'm not sure if that affects it.

This made my windows 10 icon appear, but I'm still curious if my windows is genuine now.

There are none of the errors from the first report showing in the new one - so it looks as if the problem has been fixed.
