Solved Error 1706

My printer/scanner (Epson Workforce 320) came with AABBY sprint fine reader and AABBY Play Panel somehow they have disappeared.
Every time I reboot my PC I get a message that they cannot be found and an ERROR 1706.
It is quite possible that I may have inadvertently deleted them.
Can anyone please advise a method whereby I might restore them?

Can you still see the programs in Programs and Features and when you click on uninstall does it give you an option to repair them. If not do you still have the original setup.exe installer so you can try to reinstall

Thanks ....... I got the option to repair and I did so just a minute or so ago so I have not tested it yet as I would like to shut down to see if it happens again.
