Hi there,I had to reinstall my windows because ofthis error. It's annoying.
I fallowed these stepts once it worked, but the second time when this error ocured(last Friday) It didn't worked, and I had to reinstall my windows again.
What should I do to prevent this?
-What I've done first to solve the problem:
"Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Manage.
Double-click Services and Applications, and then double-click Services.
Right-click Telephony, and then click Properties.
On the General tab, click Manual next to Startup type.
On the General tab, click Start under Service status, and then click OK.
Repeat steps 3 - 5 for the Remote Access Connection Manager service and for the Remote Access Auto Connection Manager service."
2nd time it didn't worked.

I am a bit unsure as to what your error is and when does it occur. When you say "2nd time it didn't worked", what exactly "it" was, what were you trying to achieve?

All the three services you mention I have on Manual start-up. This means that these services are not started automatically at the system start-up, but may be started when necessary. You seem to be describing the procedure of how to start them manually using the Services console. Why would you want to do that? Do you have some program that requires them but fails to start them up?
