Hi there!

I got a problem with a Windows Update (KB2964444). It is supposed to fix security problems with Internet Explorer 11, but every time I try to install it, I get an Error 800B0100.

I already tried the Windows Update Troubleshooter and the System Update Readiness Tool.

Checking the Windows Servicing Packages showed that some of them are "corrupt" and I don't know how to replace/repair them.
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x32 Service Pack 1.

Would be glad, if someone could help.

Attached is a .log with the "Unavailable repair files".

Please start a NEW thread of your own, and
Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

Sorry, Cappucino - I seem to have missed this one!

@Cappuccino

I've uploaded a file - ccoaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder ccoaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folder inside it ( Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

Hi NoelDP!

I saved the content of the folder You uploaded. Since this is about my uncle's computer (I'm trying to fix it via remote control), it's gonna take me some time to upload the new CheckSUR-files.

Thanks a lot for spending Your time, helping out others with their computer problems! :)
