Solved Error after performing a clean start

I used tutorial "How to Troubleshoot a Problem by Performing a Clean Startup in Windows 7" in its entirety to troubleshoot a problem. Also restore the computer to the way it was before as instructed. Now get an error msg when I start the computer. see attached.

Check the logs to see what is generating the message: Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

Also from the Troubleshooting Steps keep a Clean Boot permanently and not as a diagnostic procedure which is from the XP era. There is no reason to have anything starting with Win7 other than your AV, any sync, stickies or gadgets you use. All others are freeloaders on your resources and may be spying on you.
