Error found Code 8024402C

Hello group I am having trouble with my windows update. It shows an error message when i check for updates, it says Error found Code 8024402C and i am unable to upload or download anything.

Any one knows how to fix this?

Probably Anti Virus, or similar by the error code.

I stopped the antivirus and ran windows update and it still does not work....I went to the extensions on the browser and did not find anything suspicious

Neither step 1 nor step 2 work. I can't do step 3 because the file has been removed from the link or something...

Have you tried to install the update(s) manually from Microsoft Update Catalog?

Insall the March 2016 update client.
