Solved Error message when trying to open files

Whenever I try to open something, (File Explorer, Personalization, etc.) A error message pops up. "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them." I'm currently on an administrator account, so im puzzled. Is it a virus of some sort?

Welcome to the forum. What are you try to open? You get the message if its a system file your trying to open or if you have files from another pc you dont own the files as they would be owned by the other pc admin

The files weren't from another pc. They were system files. I managed to fix the problem, though.
