error message while trying to install game

trying to install EuroTruck simulator game and it seem to install ok until the end of installation I get the error message 'IPersisFile : save failed ; code 0x80070005 : Access is Denied'. Any help appreciated

Hi whatfor,
This usually suggests there is a file still in use at that memory area, and you are not allowed to overwrite it. You must install as an administrator and it is possible now that you may need to reboot the computer before you can try again to install as administrator.
