Error on system

I am new here, I got this message keeps appearing and my IE can't open at all.

When I Google some say it is Malware... any free ware good tools for cleaning?

Don't forget to un tick Trial version.

It seems little to do with virus but more a graphics problem.
Have you installed new graphics drivers resonantly.
Windows update maybe.

Can you roll back with system restore to before this problem.
