Error Registering COMCTL32

I have the "privilege" to make changes to a VB-6 application. I have Visual Studio 6 loaded, but I cannot load the application code because several dlls and ocx files will not register. The biggest problem is that I am getting an error when trying to register COMCLT32.DLL. The error I am getting is saying that the header cannot be found. Should I try to find a new copy of the dll? Will a new copy be compatible with VB 6?
