Ive done all i can think of but i still recive this error. Any Ideas?

what kind of HD?

Internal or external?

what format?

can you go into device manager by typing device manager in search. go to the disk tab and see if your HD is listed, and if it has a yellow triangle on it

you dont happen to have kaspersky installed ? if so its a problem on there end goto the forums and search (kaspersky)
