Error while trying to UN-Install Creative Audio Software WINDOWS 10

I have fully removed the drivers from my system because I am not using my creative sound card anymore. when trying to remove the software that comes with it (the software is for effects like reverb) it gives me the error; Gyazo - b56b3ecbabd93ad08ed03eb384df44b8.png

also when my pc starts up it says error while loading SPIRunE.dll. I googled it and it had something to do with creative software. I have disabled anything related to creative in MSCONFIG as well Gyazo - 77203709b089b053d0c8ea013795de8a.png

Did you run the uninstallers in Programs and Features or just used a 3rd party tool to remove drivers?

Also this is the Windows 7 forums, you have more chance for a solution in Windows 10 Forums
