Evening Latency Problems

Well,Every evening,around 19:00-00:00 i`m gettin huge spikes.(100-4000ms)
At night-morning i`m gettin stable 1ms.
How it looks like.

Already tried new router+new cable,no changes.
Tried to disable many services,no changes.
Checked Event Viewer in peak times,nothing here.
No other computers are connected to my router at this time.
Anything i can do with it?

Can you test using another computer during this time? It would be nice to know (as best we can) if the issue is with the router or the computer. Ping is low priority traffic*. If the router is busy rejecting packets from the Internet side of things, it might not respond as quickly to pings from the your side of the network.

I tested it few days ago on both laptops,everything is fine.

Is the problematic computer a desktop?

Now that I think about it some more, the test should be done using the same network cable and the same router port that was used when you saw the issue on the problematic computer.

When you see the higher ping times...
...unplug the network cable from the problematic computer
...plug the network cable into one of the laptops
(disable wireless)
...test the ping times
...unplug the network cable from the laptop
...plug the network cable into the desktop again
...test the ping times again.

Let us know your findings.

You might also want to try the ping while using the Safe Mode with Networking.

Yeah,desktop.
I did what u said and i don`t see any problems on laptop,no spikes at all.
Then i plugged network cable into the desktop. Spikes are the same.
So,seems like this is smth with a computer.

Hmmm, put everything back at it was and test while in the safe mode with networking.
