Hi, I got my repaired hard drive back today and installed windows 7 64 bit just then. I had a flash drive with all of my files on it. But now when I try to run my wireless adapter driver software, it says its it compatible. I am using the same version of windows as I did before my hard drive broke and it is the same driver. I tried running other Exe files but, no result. I really need these files, how can I fix my problem?

Hi,

Its worth double checking to see that you are using a 64 bit driver for the 64 bit installation - can you double check that? Alternatively, connect to the internet using a wired connection, then perform a Windows update to see if Windows will correctly detect the wireless adapter, download an appropriate driver and install it.

Regards,
Golden
