Explorer crashes when the PC wakes up

7 x64 Pro.
Everytime I leave the computer and then wakes it back from sleep, I find a crashed explorer... any fix for that please?

Hey Guys I found a weird solution, check it out.
go into the registry Editor
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions
rename MachineThrottling to _MachineThrottling
close the registry editor and restart the system
