Thanks writhziden for your kind suggestion and also for ur good wishes but " Disk Check with both boxes checked " didn't helped me so i tried another utility "appcrashview" from nirsoft.com (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/app_crash_view.html) but it also didn't show the result i guess may be use of ccleaner have accidently removed the windows error report files i will wait for another crash to post the result from "appcrashview utility".
If there are any other solutions or suggestions please let me know so i will try the other way to remove the problem.

Ah, sorry, missed that line. Probably not necessary. Another possible cause of explorer problems is application conflicts. Run through the steps to http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...ation-conflicts-performing-clean-startup.html

It's OK, don't be sorry sir you are helping me with my problem thats all matters and I am very thankful to U for ur kind suggestions & it would be a good to use SFC /SCANNOW for second time to verify situation again.
So i have used again SFC /SCANNOW Command and the result shows that the system is fine and no other integrity violations are found.
Now i will check for another solution (
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup) provided by u and will post the system situation after this troubleshooting.
I think this process is going to take much time so will reply as soon as possible after the clean startup verification.

Well I created the another new user account for my system and also deleted the old account, I thought it may solve my problem but it didn't help me.
I have used Malwarebytes and i found the system is completely clean, I also regularly update my antivirus so no any virus problem were found, I have also used bitdefender online scanner it didn't detect any harmful content or virus.
So I guess there may not be other possibe solution to this issue but i will try to find it by removing all software one by one or replacing them, may be it will give some information.
Thanks writhziden for helping me to solve my problem and for your suggestions, It's really nice of you thanks again.
