As you can see I have 250GB of free space, but it fails when I try to extend the Storage1 B drive.

I also have tried creating a new partition with the unallocated space and I get the same response.

Also I'm having an issue deleting the partition right next to it, this is the error I get.

Hi and welcome.

Why did you make the disk dynamic? Is there any data on it now?

I would have created just one partition with the disk as GPT (needed for disks over 2GB) .

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Yes why dynamic I've read that is not a good thing :)

I would look into transferring the data to another disk and reformatting the dynamic disk to normal ntfs
GPT doesn't make a lot of sense since you only have 2 partition with a little free space

Either way see what free mini tool can do with it

Its Dynamic because I need it dynamic for something I have it setup as, but it makes no sense why I can't create a new drive with it, and delete the other drive thats there.

have you tried to convert the whole hard drive to dynamic disk?
No enough space available error, I have encountered once. I use the steps below to fix it, which I found at this page: How to Shrink Volume While Not Enough Space Available?. I am 100% sure if it will work in your situation, but worth a try.
1. Run the Disk Cleanup Wizard, making sure to remove the hibernation file and all restore points.
2. Disable System Restore
3. Disable the pagefile ( Open up System in Control Panel, then Advanced System Settings \ Advanced \ Performance \ Advanced \ Change \ No Paging File.
4. Disable kernel memory dump. In the same Advanced Settings, go to Startup and Recovery \ Settings and then change the Write debugging information drop-down to “None” to disable the kernel memory dump.
5. Disable Hibernation mode in your power options \ advanced power options screen.
Reboot the machine, and then delete your c:\pagefile.sys file.

Do I need to make a restore point to keep a copy of my information on the disk?

I solved problem by making back up with the free version of Macrium Reflect and then wiped the partition, reset it to basic disk type, and then restored all the data using the backup I made. Thanks for all those who helped, it was greatly appreciated.
