Each time my computer 'sleeps' my external's driver letter changes.

How would I go about preventing this?

H != F

Still changes, and when it does F is not an option until after a reboot. I have it set on performance instead of 'quick remove'. I'm thinking that is the problem here but I am hoping that I can still prevent the letter change somehow.
