I dont know how this has happened, but I now have an extra CD Drive shown on "My Computer". I have not physically added any such drive. How do I get rid of it?

I suspect it may have got there as a result of my inexperience with RMPrepUSB which I have been attempting to use without success to produce a bootable usb stick with Partition Wizard on it as per Bharat Balegere's tech tips on agnipulse.com/2011/01/. If this is likely, can anyone wise me up so I dont do it again?:o
