OK, if you've completely removed Linux, have you set Windows 7 as "Active" and have you booted the Windows install/repair DVD/CD and done the 3 separate startup repairs with a re-start in between each repair.

I've done everything, but to no avail...

The Windows 7 partition is active, I've checked. I have run the command; "bootsect /nt60 C:" that didn't fix the problem. I've run 3 separate start-up attempts, that did not fix it.

Is there a file which defines the instruction on how Windows 7 boots, perhaps Partition Wizard has modified that file, putting its process overriding everything?

The partition Windows 7 is on is a "Primary" partition and not anything else, right?

Yes, it's the primary partition. There is no other partition.

I'll just install Ubuntu again, in the same partition, it says it'll install it side by side, I'll be able to choose which I'm able to boot into. Hopefully I'll be able to boot into Windows 7 too.

I have reinstalled Ubuntu, and I'm able to boot into Windows 7. I'm presented with a choice on which OS to boot into. There should be no problems from here on.
