Farmaster.net AutoStart up

Hey guys, ive tried googling on how to fix this but i have nothing every time i turn on my pc and it loads the windows crome auto pops up giving me the website above, i have done both avast full scan and a malware scan with IObit Malware Fighter but it says removed or what not but still it comes up every time my pc starts and im not sure how to effectively gets rid of it.

You should Uninstall any IObit Programs ... They are a well known source of harm IMO
