Fixing Windows Update error code 80073712

I have already tried the following fixes:

sfc /scannow
Ran fine and found no errors.

System Update Readiness Tool
Installation failed.

The following updates are not installing:

Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 for x64 based systems (KB2729452)

Security update for Windows 7 for x64 based Systems (KB2727528)

Update for Windows 7 for x64 based Systems (KB2750841)

I cannot do a system restore because this update error has been in place for a long time and i haven't noticed it. I also do not have a Windows 7 installation disc. my laptop did not come with one. Attached is my CBS log folder. Any help is appreciated!

Your CheckSUR report appears to be incomplete - did the tool give an error message?
Please run the CheckSUR tool again and wait for it to exit, then post the new CheckSUR.log and CheckSUR.persist.log files.
The tool may be able to correct at least some of the corruption present.
