French Acer Aspire One d260. Just installed Win 7 Ulitmate on it and the FN key is locked.... IVE TREIED EVERYTHING please help...

To make things a bit easier, you can switch your keyboard so that the letters on them correspond to what they type http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/86239-keyboard-layout-change.html. It might take a bit getting used to (the French layout is AZERTY as opposed to the English QWERTY), but it could potentially prevent mistakes when typing documents etc.
