Solved Force Task Manager "Show processes from all users" always enabled.

Under Computer Configuration, they are all Not Defined except for Switch to Secure Desktop, that is Disabled.

There is nothing under User Configuration.

For the record:

Disabling UAC did have the Task Manger show all by default. When I turned it back on and added the registry, the Show All was also there by default, but it did break the ctrl+shift+esc hotkey both on my computer and a coworker.

Wish we knew why, otherwise this solution would be perfect...
