FreeAgent Go not backing up AppData,? change attribs?

I can't figure out how to change the attributes for the AppData files, and do I have to do all three (local, Localflow, Roaming)? I did the command prompt for /AppData and I cleared the H but there is still an I. No clue what that means either but the ExHD still says it has hidden attributes and won't back them up. Help!
