Freezes at a point

Alright,

So like last week i have noticed that everytime i load up one of my games, enter a server, it freezes for about 20-30 seconds, and then it runs and everything. It didn't do this before. I have used Malwarebytes, Microsoft security essentials, and CCleaner. And it still does it.

Are you saying that this problem is consistent across every game you play online? if not, which one specifically.

Every online game that i have on this computer.

Have you changed anything on your PC lately which could have caused this? And have you checked if your firewall has a problem with entering servers?

I've done all of that. Even did a system restore.

I have noticed that my speed fluctuate a lot and I thought, as always, that it had something to do with me but it turns out that Comcast is doing a lot of upgrades in my area and in my city and the problem is in their end... to the point that I got a call from them that they will upgrade me for free to their highest speed, perhaps you are suffering from something similar?

Not using comcast. I am using AT&T uverse. But they have been talking about starting to caps everyone. But that isn't supposed to start until May.
