Installing Win7 freezes at Start Up

Hello.
I bought a new PC with no OS and I want to install Windows 7 on it, since I have a old key for it.

I already tried around 5 different ISO files of windows 7, including the one from Rufus, both in exFat and NTFS and still didn't manage to make it work.
I also tried it with 3 different USB Pen Drives.

What happens is that, after inserting the pen and turning on the computer, windows (apparently) starts the installation process with the "Starting Windows" animation logo but it never gives any other step. I waited hours and it doesn't continue.

My computer is UEFI.
I don't know what else to do. Does anyone has any ideas, please?

I must add as well that:
The ISOs are all x64 (like the PC)
The PC is GPT
I disabled Secure Boot
I disabled Fast Boot
My UEFI has no option for "Legacy" or "Legacy with CSM"

if it still doesn't work then you need to slipstream some drivers. What are the specs of your desktop pc?

One could guess uefiseven might be useful here, but unless the op tells us what the hardware is, it is only guessing.

Is it an Intel system or AMD system?

For Intel CPU, try uefiseven, a way mentioned by SIW2
If AMD CPU, could be much more complicated.
