You must have a bad/corrupted installer.

Well I did manage to install it WOOHOO!!!! But it is missing the Ethernet Controller driver ....and the ..PCI Simple Communication Controller driver ....and SM BUS Controller driver so thats 100% better than any other attempts I have the other old hard drive that was in the PC and switched it into a external hard drive case so that way i should be able to find the drivers on the external drive and load them onto the internal drive ? because i dont have any internet access to look for drivers and the laptop that i am using now is all in Chinese so downloading anything is almost impossible

You must have a bad/corrupted installer.

i managed to load a few drivers from the hard drive that I turned into a external drive but not the Ethernet Controller or the PCI Simple Communications Controller as most sites give you a driver down loader scanner that you need internet access for it to run and it installs the drivers etc so finding the right drivers to down load on a USB memory stick has been the challenge ! also it seems like I have the right driver on the external drive but no matter where I place it or try to install it windows says no driver available no matter where i make it look . I had another desk top laying around that i installed win 7 on and by the way that installation loaded first time but its missing the same drivers so no internet with that one as well ! I see this is not uncommon as lots of threads on the subject ! But thanks man you got me this far and I will mark this thread as closed and solved and will check the threads on drivers not installing during a clean install

Download the F6 BIOS.
Extract to a USB flash disk.
Enter BIOS. Launch Q-Flash (F8). Browse to the USB flash and select F6 BIOS. Don't interrupt.

Thanks Megahertz07 i did manage to get it installed.

Normally you have to download the driver installers, you can't pull them off a system like you are trying to do. But then, that`something I've never even tried to do.

Don`t you have a friend or know someone with a computer you can download the drivers from ?

If not then most libraries have computers, I know our town library has like 10 or 12.

But ya, not having an internet service stinks :(

Right ! I did find that "Driver Assist" and "Driver Talent" were made for the purpose of been able to install drivers when no access to the internet is available or you are missing drivers after doing a Win 7 clean install ! So in fact using both of those free programs I was able to install the missing drives and then install updates and any other drivers that were out of date ,it also scanned my PC and external drives looking for missing drivers . I added this Info for the benefit of those that might be reading this thread looking for answers that might help them with problems . Many thanks AddRAM your help, advice and guidance was invaluable to solving my problems .
