From the Desktop to Sys32

Alright, so, here's my problem. In order to make an older program run, I have to copy a stack of dll/ocx files into System32, and then register them. Yes, it's crappy design, but it's a game editor for an older game, and I'm evidently the last tech-savvy admin. That, or a sucker.

So, here's my problem. I copied them onto the desktop, and am trying to copy them from there into the system32 directory. I hit the UAC prompt, and select continue. Then it tells me I need to provide permission for it. I am a local admin (as well as a domain admin). I looked around, and saw no answers/related troubles in the threads I glanced through, and thus I'm asking. Input, my fair fellows?

Hello Matt,

While the files are on the desktop, did you unblock (if needed) them all one by one before trying to copy them to the System32 folder?

How does it work after you turn off UAC?

You might also try doing this while logged in as the built-in Administrator account?

Well, it seems that I'm bound on a single file, as that trick worked for the rest of them (unblocking it). The last file giving me this message is RichEd32.dll, and I'm guessing it's in use, so I may try booting into safemode and moving it then.
