ftp issue in windows explorer

Hi,
Im trying to download ftp site through windows explorer .It shows error .1 month before it worked but recently im facing this issue.PLease find attached ftp issue

Have you checked your firewall setting-windows built-in or 3rd party firewall program? I'd also try using FileZilla, it's a free FTP Client and easy to use.

rightnow im using FileZilla.I checked with firewall setting also.

Have you tried uninstalling FileZilla Client then install the most current version?
Are you wired connected to your router?
